The Tiger Screen® (Scalper 55D) is an affordable, portable screening
plant designed to be loaded by a skid steer loader. It is used to separate topsoil and rocks, sand and gravel, and many other materials found at a landscapers site. The self contained Tiger Screen® (Scalper 55D) is easy to transport, quick to set up and easy to use.
Tiger Screen® (Scalper 55D) has a double deck shaker screen with end tensioned screens. It has a 4.5 HP Yanmar® Diesel engine with electric start and hour meter. It features a 3.5 gallon lockable fuel tank and lockable control panel. Tiger Screen® has a heavy-duty bolted assembly with primer and enamel paint. Wing plates, panels, side walls, and other parts can be removed easily for rebuild or replacement.
Tiger Screen® uses SMOOTH START® Technology. This technology reduces vibration arising from
starting and stopping the equipment. SMOOTH START® reduces wear and tear and increases machine life. Maintenance intervals are also reduced with the lower vibration.
The Tiger Screen® is easy to transport on a single axle with 7:00-15 6-ply tires. It has a pintle hitch with electric brakes and running lights. Once at the site, it is maneuvered with a site towing tongue and site tow positioning axle. The unique multi-positioning axle arrangement allows for easy site transportation. There is no need to change the position of the axle or landing gear. Simply lift the site hitch with a loader bucket and pull the machine around the job site..
