SCALPER 107D

The Scalper 107D is a patented, heavy duty recycling plant that is perfect for metal and soil separation from dirt. The metals recovered can pay for the Scalper 107D in a very short time. The Scalper 107D provides heavy-duty precision screening with low maintenance and high production capabilities. The Scalper 107D has Grade 80 steel plate construction and a heavy-duty tubular structure. The hydraulic landing gear and hydraulic axle raise and lower make the Scalper 107D screening ready in minutes. The Screen Machine Scalper 107D is a dual screen processing plant with 10’ x 7’ double deck screens that are also great for C&D debris processing utilizing your 3 to 5 yard loader.

The Scalper 77C is a patented, heavy duty screening plant that is designed to screen sand, gravel, vegetation and more. It works best when paired with your 1 to 2 yard loader. A large feed opening and a Yanmar® diesel engine are standard equipment on the easy-to-use and easy-to-own Scalper 77C.
